Capital Numbers Ranks High in the Financial Times APAC Top 1,000
This year has been a great success for Capital Numbers in terms of listing among the successful companies in the Asia-Pacific region. Most recently, we’re very excited to announce that we have landed in the Financial Times APAC Top 1,000 published rankings!
This ranking is a list of 1000 companies in the Asia-Pacific region. The methodology ranks companies by their compound annual growth in revenue measured between 2013 and 2016. According to the Financial Times, the list “demonstrates that — from e-commerce and financial services to healthcare and beyond – technology businesses are leading the way.”
Out of ten of thousands of companies invited to participate, only those showing the most remarkable growth within that time frame were compiled into the top 1,000. Out of those 1,000, Capital Numbers ranked fairly high, coming in at #203 with 221% growth generated between 2013 and 2016.
For inclusion in the FT APAC top 1,000, the following criteria had to be met:
- Revenue of at least $100,000 generated in 2013
- Revenue of at least $1M generated in 2016
- The revenue growth is mostly internally generated
- Headquartered in Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea or Taiwan
- Be an independent company, not a subsidiary
- If listed on a stock exchange, the company’s share price has not fallen 25% or more in the past year
This ranking comes close on the heels of our inclusion in the Deloitte Fast 50, and our recognition in the Dun & Bradstreet publication “Leading SMEs of India 2017.”
While we are very happy to reaffirm our position among the fast-growing companies in the Asia-Pacific, this listing is not entirely unexpected for us. We’re always seeking to expand the scope of our help to others who need to compete and stay ahead in their space.
After all, that’s why we employ fast and talented developers, designers, and project managers who go above and beyond to get the details of every project exactly right.
The past years have been good to us as we continue to grow and offer a unique blend of services and skill sets to businesses and agencies who have a need for development, design, and digital marketing. We’re proud of this significant revenue growth, and look forward to more in the coming months and years. But we have no intention to simply stop there.

Our model of “in-demand services, on demand” allows our clients to lay claim to a significant chunk number of projects and a higher amount of revenue than they may have been able to do otherwise.
