MarketDial had an online platform for analyzing and conducting in-store experimentation already. However, they wanted a more intuitive user experience with robust features and top-notch navigation. They approached Capital Numbers to reimagine the platform and release a revamped version to its clients globally.
We realized that the existing MarketDial platform was dated. It had a poor user interface that led to fractured information architecture and an inability to find data quickly. The platform did not reflect brand consistency at all. So, we had to ensure that we create a portal that would have distinct design themes, smart features, and a clear client focus.
- Front-end Dev
- Back-end Dev
Our technology specialists at Capital Numbers created a roadmap to help MarketDial replace its underperforming portal with a brand new digital look.
To add scalability and responsiveness across screen sizes, we worked towards developing a WordPress site for our client.
Our steady focus on the client’s pain points and the buyer’s journey helped us:
- Incorporate a cohesive design layout.
- Craft a story on each web page.
- Add new pages of unique content.
- Offer multiple opportunities for conversions.
To eliminate a crowded home screen, we added a Hamburger Menu that can help users quickly look for critical information within a few clicks.
Offline A/B Tests
We added a section on the customized tests that the retailers can take up to figure out what works for their brick-and-mortar stores. These tests can be performed based on:
- Employee training
- Store remodels
Even non-technical professionals can conduct these tests, without depending on data scientists or analysts.
We decided to give MarketDial a personality. Therefore, we added customized videos on the home screen. These videos include insights from MarketDial leaders who throw light on how to perform in-store experiments and check whether they’re conclusive.
News and Updates
A static website without any fresh piece of news may be viewed as a ‘dead entity’ by search engines. Therefore, we incorporated a news section focusing on cutting-edge electrical devices, innovations, and researches that are trending.
Incomprehensive tests lead to wrong decisions. Therefore, we added a separate section on the data upload process (i.e., store type, square footage, customer demographics, etc.), to simplify test creation and analysis for retailers.
To help MarketDial establish brand recognition, build trust, develop an audience connect and strengthen its community, our engineers included an Events section that features multiple seminars, conferences, and summits where MarketDial was a part of.
We, at Capital Numbers, aim to help our clients with future-oriented solutions. With the MarketDial project too, we offered our client custom-fit designs for a digital refresh, at high speed and low cost.
The client was happy, and we earned a testimonial from them that states:
