Staff you hire from Capital Numbers works exclusively for you during their work shifts. They are not allowed to work for other clients at the same time while working for you. This allows them to immerse themselves in your business and provide the best output every day.

Clients are not protected against moonlighting as their contractors fall into two categories: Fixed-rate and hourly-rate. The fixed-rate contractors can work with more than one client at the same time. With those working on hourly rates, the platform does not have the capability to prevent the contractor from working for 2 clients at the same time.

We set up emails, phone and Skype accounts for all employees when they join us and these accounts are closed when they leave our employment. Thus, all communication with your team happens using company controlled media and an individual cannot access this information later on.

Clients are taking risk when it comes to correspondences, contact information and records accumulated in emails and Skype, since contractors on these platforms use their own and they may continue to use them after your work with them has ended.
