BootstrapThis is a web app that makes real estate property renting easy. Prospective tenants can use this app to view various properties and then reach out to brokers/agents to rent the property they love. Brokers and agents can also use this app to find and convert soft leads. This property rental website brings brokers, agents, and renters together within a single digital space.
Next, we had to add search suggestions for tenants to find alternative properties related to their interests if an exact match is not available. Here, we had to incorporate a search algorithm to fetch suggested houses, condos, etc.
Thirdly, we had to integrate the latest property lists into the system to make house-hunting easier for tenants. We had to scrape massive databases of properties containing details like prices, postal codes, etc., from external sources.
In a nutshell, we had to create an updated website that connects a community of agents and brokers directly to customers looking for house rentals.
To enable scale and ease of use, we picked the following tech stack for this project:
We used WordPress for the backend because we could add multiple dashboards using this PHP framework. Moreover, WordPress helps customize existing themes, integrate external APIs, and manage content like no other.
For the frontend, we leveraged Bootstrap because its library of design components helps create beautiful, responsive web apps.
We had to map tenants with classified property lists. So, our experts leveraged the Guesty API to pull updated property lists from external sources, which we integrated into our dashboard.
We used jQuery’s simple syntax to make the app interactive, fast-loading, and cross-browser compatible.
For managing the database, we chose MySQL. This database management solution provides round-the-clock uptime and comes with solid security layers crucial for protecting vast real estate data.
Finally, we hosted this website on AWS because of its agility and cost-effectiveness. Plus, its massive computing power processes enormous data without downtime.

We worked on four main admin dashboards: the super-admin, broker, agent, and property owner.
Each panel has custom components that we could quickly implement because of our solid grasp of backend tech.
We also added nested software constructs to optimize each dashboard and its level of control.
Guesty’s robust API helped us import and integrate all property-related data within a unified interface.
We also embedded short contact forms for visitors to fill in their queries, and contact agents should the rental property become available. These would also help generate leads faster.
Our engineers set up a complex routing workflow to provide clear visibility and control over the lead-to-rep process.
We synced calendars for visitors to get a quick view of property availability and block dates based on prior reservations.
Images that take time to load are highly off-putting. So, we put up big, beautiful property images on display to captivate visitors.
To improve tenant experience, we used an algorithm that provides helpful alternatives close to the query tenants were interested in.
At the end, we performed both server-side and client-side validations to protect the system from cross-scripting attacks.
Each of the above elements helped us develop the software that we needed. We generated new codes to customize components beyond the scope.
The resulting product is an updated, well-integrated property rental website with the latest condos, houses, lofts, etc., in and around LA.
