We are many dreams in one. <\/span><\/p>\n Each day all of us are working towards tangible and finite goals -some of us are developing a website for a small business with interesting potential; some are optimizing the website for an industry giant who is struggling at getting discovered, some are working directly as an extension of a client\u2019s office, helping them achieve their goals.<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s not like we don\u2019t get appreciated regularly. Appreciation comes in all forms \u2013 breezy emails, steaming cuppas, kind words, deadline dances \u2013 and of course, ahem \u2013 money.<\/span><\/p>\n So, when The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry acknowledged and appreciated our services at the BER Awards 2016, it shouldn\u2019t have felt any different, right?<\/span><\/p>\n But it did feel different, and it felt awesome. <\/span><\/p>\n No before you point the obvious \u2013 it\u2019s not about the shiny new trophy that adorns our office (though we cannot LOVE it more). It\u2019s about being appreciated for our vision. More than appreciation \u2013 it\u2019s about the \u201cthumbs up\u201d and acknowledgement that we are on the right path.<\/span><\/p>\n Objectively speaking, being a start-up – it felt great to come out near at the top even after competing with established brands like Mjunction (a JV between SAIL and TATA Steel) but for us it\u2019s about what the honour signifies. <\/span><\/p>\n The Bengal Chamber of Commerce with this award has shown belief in our vision and efforts; they are convinced we are adding value to the state\u2019s socio \u2013 economic capital and that ours is an entrepreneurial initiative that is dynamic, sustainable and forward thinking.<\/span><\/p>\n Since its inception, Capital Numbers has been conquering milestones and leaving great impressions \u2013 we are moving at a break neck speed. A gentle nod and encouragement from such a revered organization helps us resume our work with more gusto and builds more conviction to our cause. <\/span><\/p>\n Summing it up in words of the captain to our ship \u2013 Mr Mukul Gupta – \u201cEven though we are technically still a start-up, we were competing with some of the established brands in the services category and have come out near the top. This is an exciting time for all of us and I would like to sincerely thank my team for their contributions.
